Own the conversational AI that talks with applicants, residents, and families every day, from real-time speech to scoring and summarization.

What you'll do

  • Build and tune the speech-to-text, LLM, and text-to-speech pipeline behind every Candid call
  • Improve transcription, scoring, sentiment, and summarization quality on real senior-care conversations
  • Ship latency and reliability improvements for live phone conversations at scale

What you bring

  • 5+ years in ML/AI engineering, with production experience in speech, NLP, or LLMs
  • Strong Python and a track record of shipping models to production
  • Comfort owning ambiguous problems end to end at an early-stage company
